Manuscripts will be reviewed with due respect for the confidentiality of authors and reviewers. Our editors do not disclose information about manuscripts (including their receipt, content, status in the process of reviewing, criticism, reviewers) to anyone other than the authors and reviewers themselves. Thus, reviewers and editorial staff should respect the authors' rights, not discuss publicly the work of authors or borrow their ideas before the publication of the manuscript. Reviewers do not have the right to make copies of manuscripts and share them with others, except with the permission of the editor. Reviewers should return or destroy copies of manuscripts after submitting comments.
